Rams Legacy Intact??

As the rumors swirl about Bellicheat and his spygate tactics, I can only think and hope that maybe the legacy they were creating will once again be recognized.

What legacy? Vermeil, Martz and company road a gimmick offense and a very lopsided trade with the Colts into a couple of decent seasons. I look at those Rams teams in the same light as the Houston Oiler teams with the run and shoot.

That post is hilarious. What legacy were the Rams creating? Being outcoached by an average AFC team? Throwing the ball 50 times a game to five players running around the defensive backfield? I think they learned those routes from the 12th St football 2-completions-is-a-first-down games.

I guess any offense that doesn't run the ball for 3 yards and a cloud of dust is considered "gimmick"? If so, it seems the Patriots were awfully "gimmicky" this year. Plus, I don't remember the run-and-shoot Oilers going to or winning any Superbowls.

If you wouldn't call 2 Super Bowl Victories in 3 years "building a legacy", then you have some really high standards? Or more likely a supreme case of jealousy, which we know all KC Chef fans have, as they haven't even been able to win a couple of games in the playoffs. The more I think about the possibility of the story the more I know this is Chef's fan worse nightmare- The fact that The Rams Super Bowl Teams might possibly go down as one of the top dynasty teams of all times.
